Description:

Flexible Film Converter based in the Northeast is seeking a hands-on individual for
developing functional coatings on web substrates. Relevant experience in the area of UV
Chemistries for adhesion and functional surface properties, knowledge of Material
Science of UV polymers and coatings, a good understanding of coating processes are
essential. If you enjoy team oriented project work and possess a proven track record of
new product development success, you may be the ideal candidate. In addition to strong
project management skills and customer orientation, requirements include a minimum of
a BS in Chemistry. Salary range 70-80k.
